Obituary of Doris Elizabeth Brock

Doris Elizabeth Brock, age 81, of Nedrow, New York died Monday, March 3, 2003 at Community General Hospital, Onondaga Hill, New York. Doris was born October 11, 1921 in Syracuse, New York, the daughter of Charles A. and Pauline (Shaeffer) David. She was employed by New York Telephone for over 35 years. She was a member of Elmwood Presbyterian Church and their Quilter?s Club and a member of New York Telephone Retirees. She enjoyed playing the organ and piano. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth M. Brock, October 2, 1994 and her brother, Charles A. David, May 19, 1994. Mrs. Brock is survived by a sister-in-law, Barbara David of St. Petersburg, Florida; a brother-in-law, Harold L. Brock of Rutland, Vermont; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Funeral: Thursday, March 6, 2003, 10:00 a.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Jean Radak officiating. Burial: Onondaga Valley Cemetery, 2500 Valley Drive, Syracuse, New York.
