Obituary of Betty R. Deloye-Marcano
Betty R. Deloye-Marcano, 79, of Marietta died Tuesday, July 22, 2003, at home.
Betty was born May 14, 1924 in Syracuse, New York, the daughter of Norman and Harmony (Morris) Webster. She was a 1942 graduate of Onondaga Valley High School. She retired from New York Telephone in 1984 after 20 years of service. She was a member of New York Telephone Pioneers, former member of Howlett Hill Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and a member of Howlett Hill Presbyterian Church.
Betty is survived by her husband of 30 years, Mark Marcano; two daughters: Candy D. Smith and Kim Hawley both of Marietta, New York; son and daughter-in-law, Edmond N. and Patricia Deloye of Greensboro, North Carolina; three stepsons and their wives, Emmanuel Jr. and Nancy Marcano of Henrietta, New York, Eric and Sue Marcano of Newark, New York, Orrin and Michelle Marcano of Cato, New York; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services: Saturday, July 26, 2003, 11:00 a.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Barbara Sterling Wilson officiating.
Burial: Howlett Hill Cemetery, Howlett Hill Road, Camillus, New York.
