Obituary of Bud E. Holbrook

Garfield E. "Bud" Holbrook, age 68, of Syracuse, New York died Tuesday, January 6, 2004 at Veterans Administration Medical Center, Syracuse. Bud was born July 19, 1935 in Quincy, Massachusetts, the son of Garfield Sr. and Sarah (McLelland) Holbrook. He retired as a carpenter with Oot Brothers, Fayetteville, New York. He was a Navy veteran. Bud is survived by his companion of 20 years, Ann LaForce; four sons, Tom, Joe, Randy and Mike all of Syracuse, New York; two sisters, Shirley Purpura of Quincy, Massachusetts and Betty Holbrook of Worcester, Massachusetts; four brothers, Bobby Holbrook of Beaumont, Texas, Eddie Holbrook of Worcester, Massachusetts, George Holbrook of Florida and Denny Kaneilla of Florida.
