James T. Popps, 29, of Syracuse, New York died Saturday, January 10, 2004 at home. James was born September 13, 1974 in Syracuse, New York, the son of Henry H. and Alice J. (Galvan) Popps. He attended Liverpool School District. He was a cook for St. Camillus Health & Rehabilitation Centre. James is survived by his fiance, Rebecca Persse of Syracuse; two sons, Jordan Popps of Syracuse and Joshua Whitney-Kemz of Syracuse; his parents, Henry H. Popps of Syracuse and Alice J. Popps of Liverpool; three sisters, Alicia Mundo of Syracuse, Nila Popps of Baldwinsville and Erin Guilfoil of Liverpool; two brothers, Adrian Popps of Baldwinsville and Stephen Guilfoil of Liverpool, several nieces and nephews.
