Obituary of Sherry A. Rutherford

Sherry Ann Rutherford, 54, of 311 W. Seneca Street, Manlius, New York and formerly of Pompey, New York died Saturday, November 13, 2004 at University Hospital, Syracuse, New York. Sherry was born August 16, 1950 in Syracuse, New York. She was a 1968 graduate of Fabius Pompey High School. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald S. LaForte in 1997. Sherry is survived by her husband of 36 years, James A. Rutherford; one daughter, Vicki L. Rutherford of Chittenango, New York; two sons, Craig W. Rutherford of East Syracuse, New York and Chad R. Rutherford of Jamesville, New York; her mother, Elaine Miller LaForte of Manlius, New York; two sisters, Patricia L. Failey and Amy Herkins both of Pompey, New York; two brothers, Ronald R. LaForte of Camden, New York and Michael R. LaForte of East Syracuse, New York; numerous nieces and nephews. Services: Wednesday, November 17, 2004, 8:00 p.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home.
