Obituary of Dorothy M. Collette

Dorothy M. Collette, age 85, of "The Valley" in Syracuse, New York died Friday, January 14, 2005 at James Square Health & Rehab. Centre, Syracuse. Dorothy was born August 22, 1919 in Syracuse, New York, the daughter of James Dixon and Elizabeth Dean. She retired in 1982 after 31 years with Sears-Roebuck. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Sonny" Collette in 1975. Dorothy is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, James and Kathy Collette of Syracuse, New York; three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Services: Thursday, January 20, 2005, 8:45 a.m. at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home and 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes, 300 Valley Drive, Syracuse where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated by Father Thomas Fitzpatrick.
