Obituary of John L. Borchik

John L. Borchik Jr., 58, died peacefully Wednesday, February 23, 2005 surrounded by his family. John was born December 6, 1946 in Syracuse, New York, the son of John L. Borchik Sr. and Helen W. Dolphin. He was a graduate of St. Anthony?s High School, Rochester Institute of Technology and received his Masters in Social Work from Syracuse University. He was employed by Rosewood Heights Health Center as a social worker. He was preceded in death by a sister, Helen "Sue" Borchik in 1999. John is survived by his loving companion, Sandi Kelly; one daughter, Kimberly Borchik; three sons, John, Andrew and Jeffrey Borchik; parents, John Borchik Sr. and Helen Dolphin; one sister and brother-in-law, Marian (Thomas) Leader; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert (Leigh Ann) Borchik, James (Palma) Borchik and Daniel (Karen) Borchik. Services: Monday, February 28, 2005, 11:00 a.m. at Ballweg & Lunford Funeral Home, Inc. with Sister Carolyn Chmielewski officiating.
