Obituary of Dorothy Frances Wells

Dorothy Frances Wells, 96, of Nedrow, New York died Thursday, February 24, 2005 at home. Dorothy was born May 22, 1908 in East Greenwich, New York, the daughter of James and Anna (Graham) Wever. She graduated from Washington Academy in Salem, New York. She retired from Mary Roche Uniform Shop and previously worked at Seneca Dairy for 24 years. She loved her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Cyrus Wells, January 12, 1990. Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline DuRocher of Nedrow, New York; son and daughter-in-law, Julian and Alice Hall of Otisco, New York; 15 grandchildren and their spouses, Christine (Roger) Volles, Cynthia (Mike) Walburger, Cheryl Hardy, Gregory (Brenda) Hall, Geoffrey Hall, Glenn (Melissa) Hall, Catherine (Joseph) Mioni, Cary ("Gus") Buerkle, Gerald Hall, Gary Hall, Colleen Hall, Gary (Terrie) DuRocher, Annette (James) Mumper, Jack "Skip" (Connie) DuRocher and Scott ("Lucky") DuRocher; 33 great-grandchildren, including Joe DuRocher, Josh DuRocher, Paula Lyons, Kevin Mumper and Paul DuRocher; one great-great-granddaughter, Lauren Lyons.
