Obituary of Frederick W. Plumpton

Frederick William Plumpton, age 95, of Lafayette, New York died Friday, June 17, 2005. Frederick was born January 22, 1910 in Utica, New York, the son of Thomas and Nellie (Davis) Plumpton. He resided in Syracuse and LaFayette since 1918. He retired from Crouse Hinds where he worked for 48 years. He was predeceased by two daughters, Judy in 1945 and Pauline Mugglin in 2002. Fred is survived by his wife of 65 years, the former Mary Kline; two children, Fred Plumpton of Syracuse, New York and Barbara Dean of Harrisonburg, Virginia; four grandchildren, Adam Plumpton, Jessica Plumpton, Kelley Foster and Karen Mann; four great-grandchildren.
