Earl has been a great person to know, a good friend. I found him to have a big, loving and caring heart. He loved his family very much and his family he. He surely will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family. I'm sure he and God are now looking over his family together. Goodby dear friend.

I would like Earl's loved ones to know what a gentleman he was. Earl and I worked together on a few projects and from time to time we would get together for a lunch here in Binghamton.
