Obituary of Albert W. Tracy

Albert W. Tracy, 83, of Jamesville, NY, passed away peacefully Tuesday, March 13, 2018.  Born in Syracuse, NY, he was the son of the late Archie and Nina Brown Tracy.  Albert was employed and retired as a truck driver for Hanson Industries in Jamesville, NY.  In his free time, he was an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoyed gardening.

Albert is survived by his children, Debbie Burt, William Tracy, Diana (Leon) Breed, Laurie (Richard) Gaines, Rhonda Lynn (Daniel) Minkiewicz, Daphne Jones, and Shelby (James) Ratliff; sister, Kathleen Thompson of FL; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.  In addition to his parents, Albert was predeceased by his wife, Laura J. Rosenberg Tracy; several siblings; and a son, Steven Tracy.

Calling hours will be Saturday, March 17, 2018, from 2 to 5 p.m. with a service to follow at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home, 2584 Field Lane, LaFayette, NY 13084.  Burial will be in Pompey Hill Cemetery in the spring.
