Obituary of Sharon M. Sechler-Favalo

Sharon (Favalo) Sechler, 70, of Syracuse, N.Y. passed away peacefully after a short illness, on July 18. She was born in Syracuse, to the late Pantaleo and Helen (Zesky) Favalo.

After graduating from St. John’s Baptist High School in 1969, she worked as a beautician for several years, and then at Hofmann Sausage Company for over 20 years. Even after retirement Sharon continued working, at Colonial Laundromat.

She enjoyed cooking, baking family recipes, and watching classic movies.

Sharon is survived by: her loving husband of 19 years, Paul; son, Mathew (Emily) Sechler; daughter, Erica (Chris) Marion; five grandchildren; brothers, Pat (Lois) and Dave (Margie) Favalo; her dog, Meister; many nieces; nephews; aunts; and cousins.
