Obituary of Orville Ray Salmon

Orville Ray Salmon, 90, of North Syracuse, passed away on Thursday, February 18th at home. He was born in 1931 to Kenneth and Thelma (Flenner) Salmon. Orville served our country in the US Navy and was a proud veteran. He was an avid fan and part owner of a stock car at Oswego Speedway. Orville owned his own business as a star route driver for the US Postal Service. 

He was predeceased by his parents; sisters; Eunice Salmon and Jean Miller.

Orville is survived by his sons; Peter "Slamen" Salmon, Kenneth Salmon and Robert (Roberta) Salmon, daughters; Elizabeth (Edward) Rodgers and Kathleen Salmon, grandchildren; Michael Salmon, Jennifer Rodgers, Meredith Rodgers and Haley Wescott, great-grandchildren; Aaron Wescott, Michael Stevens Jr., Sevn, Brynja and Eivy Salmon.

Services will be private at Orville's request.
