Arlene Zink

Obituary of Arlene E. Zink

Arlene E. Zink, 93, of LaFayette, passed away at her home on January 28, 2021, in the loving care of family. She was predeceased by: her husband, Walter; parents, Howard and Edna (Mason) Wescott; brothers, Howard, Jr., and George; and grandson, Garrett Nolan.

Arelene is survived by: daughers, Arlinda (Robert) Kesock, Jo A Jacques; son, Walter; sister, Minnie Hall; and brother, Paul. She will be missed by her grandchildren, Bud and Brian Jacques, Randy and Jay Nolan; and her great grandchildren.

Arlene worked many years for Harry Cook Dry Cleaning, and then became a full time homemaker. She was able to teach her grandchildren the joys of baking and gardening, and enjoyed their days of swim lessons. She was proud of her many years baking apple pies for her St. Joseph’s Church for the LaFayette Apple Fest. Despite not excelling at either sport, she loved golfing and bowling, and made many friends along the way. She always had a smile and a friendly greeting for everyone.

There are no services at this time. A celebration of Arlene’s life will be held later this summer. You may plant a memorial tree, or leave an online condolence for the family under Arlene's Tribute Wall on the funeral home website.
