Obituary of Betty Lawrence Roberts

Betty Lawrence Roberts, 89, of Syracuse, passed away Wednesday June 5^th at home. Born in Margaretville, NY, she graduated valedictorian from Margaretville High School. Betty went on to graduate from Becker College in Worchester, MA. Betty was a devout Christian and a member of the LaFayette Alliance Church. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Betty is survived by her husband of 69 years Clayton R. Roberts, 4 children; Diana (David) Johnson, Judy Roberts, Laurie (Stephan) Council , and Clayton D. (Janneke) Roberts; 27 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 3 nephews, and 3 nieces. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday June 12th from 10AM to 12PM with a Funeral service immediately following at 12PM at LaFayette Alliance Church, Rt. 20, LaFayette , NY.
