We are saddened to hear of Jim’s passing. I worked with him on the Police Department. He was a good officer, but more importantly a good person. We have many good memories of time spent on the job and times we spent off duty as couples. He will be sorely missed
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Remember all the good times.
God Bless,

I was so sadden to hear of Jimmy's passing. I met Jimmy at his place of business many years ago and was always made to feel welcomed by him. He was, in my opinion, a man of few words but was able to communicate his thoughts when needed. Jimmy truly cared for his family and friends. While he will be severely missed, his humor and acts of support and kindness will remain present with everyone who had the opportunity to get to know him.
My deepest condolences to the Froio family.

To Jim's Family: I was shocked and saddened to hear of Jim's passing. I used to go there way back in the 80's and 90's to see the Blues bands he had and the Open Mic on Sunday nights. Jim was a great guy and so nice. He had my back if I came in alone and always watched out for me no matter what was going. May he R.I.P. Gone too soon and will never be forgotten.

So sad to here about Jim's passing. He was a great guy and excellent police officer. He was always there for you when you needed help. He passed way too young, but God has a good shepherd. Condolences to his family. RIP Jimmy, it's the end of watch.
